Different Parity Sandwich

This puzzle doesn’t have a link, feel free to skip my puzzle, you won’t miss anything.

Standard sudoku rules applies. Fill the grid with numbers from 1 to 9 so each digit occurs exactly once in every row, column and 3x3 box.

Digit outside is directly between two digits of the opposite parity than itself. If the clue is an odd digit, that digit is between two even digits.

All first two clues which can be seen from each direction are given.

The problem with sandwich variant is always the naming. Looks like every possible name has been used. I’m just never familiar with the food naming system to actually come up with a short and easy to remember name. Now that i think about it, dish name is hard to find one that can be understood everywhere. It might have something to do with the adding naming ways for the dish name. Say, sandwich, is basically things between two bread, a concept of in between. The only other similar food i can think of are hamburger and hot-dog. Hot-dog is the same. Burger has another layer in between, which would work, but not for this variant. I can’t think of a name that separate this variant to normal 19 sandwich.

As for this variant, i was thinking about how to use parity as bread, but there is a parity sandwich where clues are between even digits. So, here goes. Interestingly, the problem with that variant got worse. First, it’s hard to make every clues two digit. OCD, that’s not a thing. Second, the whole first parity then actual digit seems to get worse. I guess i do need to get calculation involved to deal with this.

Lösungscode: Row 7 and column 7(18 digits)
