Digits on arrows must sum to the digit in the circle.
Adjacent digits on green German whisper lines must differ by at least 5.
Digits on purple renban lines must form a non-repeating consecutive set (e.g. 3465)

Figuring out how the renban lines work together was very satisfying. I really enjoyed that one. Thanks.
