Normal Sudoku rules apply. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 3:1 or 2:1, according to the number in the dot. Numbers with a white dot between them have a difference of 3. Not all possible dots are given.

Agreed with King Pusher - this feels like Speedrun, such a smooth and speedy solution path, but no complaints here at all!

Most 1 star puzzles still take me close to an hour to finish. I think this is the first puzzle I managed to finish in just over 20 minutes. Maybe a little too easy? I still enjoyed it, so thanks for the puzzle!
