Awkard Arrows

Awkward Arrows uses a combination of sudoku variants with a slight twist on arrow sudoku rules
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits on an arrow must sum to either double or half of the digit within that arrows circle cell. Once halved or doubled, the value of the arrows circle cell is the value of the cell itself. For example if the digit within the arrows circle is 6, then the value of that cell is either 3 or 12 (Halved or doubled)
3. Digits outside the grid show the sum of the values sandwiched between the 1 and the 9 in the column or row.
4. In cages, values must sum to the small clue in the top left corner. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.

I absolutely Loved this puzzle. Id like to see more of the arrow rules you used in more puzzles. It makes for interesting logic.

Fun puzzle.
Maybe Rule 2 can be clarified further with an example like "a 5 on an arrow's circle cell would be worth 10 for a sandwich clue, so 14569 should the 5 be on a circle cell would have the sandwich clue 20".
Though maybe I'm the only one that initially had a problem understanding what it meant.
