Modifying Totals

This is my first sudoku variant that I have made! Any comments on how to improve or what I should be doing differently are all appreciated. Thanks!
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The digits in a cage must sum to the number printed in its corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.
Min/max cells must be greater than or less than their orthogonally adjacent neighbors as indicated by the symbols bordering the cell.
Some digits are modifiers. If a modifier is in a cage, that digit is multiplied by all other numbers in the cage to get the total (e.g. if a cage has 1, 4, 5, 6, and the modifier is 4 then the total for the cage is 4*(1+5+6)=48). If the modifier is on an arrow line, that digit is divided by all other numbers on that line (e.g. if an arrow has 1, 4, 5, 6 and the modifier is 4 then the total for the arrow is (1+5+6)/4=3. Modifiers can not be in arrow circles). Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains one modifier, and each digit appears as a modifier once.
Note; there cannot be more than one modifier on each clue, however the same modifier can be both in a killer cage and on an arrow but it still needs to do both modifications (e.g. in the example above, both the cage and the arrow used the modified 4 at the same time).
