Killer: Digits in a cage may not repeat, and must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage (if given).
Double Arrows: The sum of the digits on a line must be the same as the sum of the two connected circles.

Dunno why my first thought on it's meaning was Kill/Death/Assist...Lol

The title is a reference to a kpop group whose name is a reference to kill/death/assist, so you were mostly correct :P
