Cells connected by Xs sum to 10. Cells connected by Vs sum to 5. Not all Xs or Vs are given.
Green lines are German Whispers lines. Values of adjacent cells on the line must differ by at least 5. Values may repeat on a line if allowed by other rules.
Cells separated by white dots are consecutive. Cells separated by black dots have a value ratio of 2:1. Not all dots are given.

This is a great puzzle for beginners. To advanced players, German whispers might provide a little bit more of a challenge if the highs/lows are not that obvious right from the start.

Good puzzle - I’d say it’s more 2 stars than 3 based on other puzzles I’ve seen recently.
