Each digit 1-9 appears at most once in each row, column, and box. Three of those digits (including the digit 5) do not appear in the puzzle at all.
Cells separated by a black circle contain digits in a ratio of EITHER 1:2 OR 1:3. All possible black circles are given.
Grey lines indicate palindromes, and normal little killer rules apply.
I first submitted this puzzle to zetamath's fiveless challenge.

Nice little puzzle - I'm a fan of ones with negative constraints.
I didn't see any issue with the lk as others noted, I found it made the disambiguation quick at the end (I coloured first)

mrgadget, AstralSky, thank you both for trying the puzzle! I double-checked: the puzzle is not broken, and the LK clue is indeed necessary. (This also matches what zetamath found when streaming it.)
