Normal Sudoku rules apply. Numbers on the gray line are at least 5 apart from their neighbors on the line. Numbers may repeat on the gray line if other rules allow. Numbers on all other lines are each a set of non-repeating, consecutive numbers, in any order. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are given.

Just wow, who looks at a painting and thinks that it could also be a beautiful puzzle… Maybe sudoku was invented by Van Gogh?

The combination of Whispers and Black Dots is challenging for me, but I've only been working these types of puzzles for a short time. I had to restart a couple of times, but that just made the solving even more satisfying. I really enjoy Will Power puzzles.
