Arrows Sudoku

This puzzle is a variant arrows sudoku.
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits along the arrow must sum to the digit(s) in the arrow circle/pill. The pill always read from top to bottom, or left to right. Digits may repeat on the arrow if allowed by other rules.
The author of the puzzle is my friend IIwi(Halcyon) from China. Source: China XSC Sudoku Final Round,I hope you like it.
