Rules:
The grid contains 9 non overlapping regions. Each region is a set of 9 orthogonally connected cells and contains the digits 1 to 9 exactly once. In addition each row and each column contains the digits 1 to 9 exactly once.
Killer Cages contain non repeating digits summing to the total given top left. Each Killer Cage is entirely inside a region.

Very fun! Rewarding deductions exist throughout the path, I actually chuckled out loud when I placed my third gray region digit.
