Rules:
1) Normal Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1-9 into each cell, row and column of the grid.

2) Killer Cage Rules:
Digits in a cage must add to the given total in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.

3) Ambiguous Palindrome Rules:
The orientation of the circular palindrome line must be determined by the solver, in this case, a 16 length palindrome needs to have the ends/middle determined by the solver.(Black Line). Normal Palindrome rules apply(Grey and Black Line).
