Wonderful puzzle, I believe it can be solved with just the negative V constraint btw (I didn't read the rules fully and still got a solution)

You might be right that only the V-constraint is necessary. With the full XV-constraint it should be solvable a little easier I guess.

Had the hardest time with this puzzle, and bifurcated my way to a solution. Revisited it and saw the XV Constraint. that makes it much easier! great puzzle!

Good primer on negative constraints. At first blush, it looked like it might be harder. But the logic path flowed well. Very nice. Thank you.
