Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Numbers outside the grid are sandwich clues which give the sum of the digits placed between the ‘1’ and ‘9’ in the corresponding row or column.
Bent arrows are slingshot clues. The number in the cell adjacent to the tail end of the arrow must also appear at a distance of X cells in the direction of the arrow, where X is the number in the arrow’s cell. Numbers inside the grid can be slung outside and vice versa. Below are examples of valid slingshot clues:

Very fun puzzle, the variant association work very well and is used quite nicely. However I think the last step could have been easier, it was surprisingly tricky and it’s the only reason I rated it "hard". The logic is still nice but it is out of the flow and also almost only a sandwich step. I would prefer a nice and easier step using an additional slingshot clue to wrap it up at this point. I enjoyed a lot nonetheless, thanks!
