Normal sudoku rules apply.
Region sum lines: Digits along a blue line sum to the same value in each box it passes through. Different lines may have different sums.
Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.
Lösungscode: All the digits of Row 9 (Left to right) and Column 4 (Top to bottom)

Loved it. It was an approachable 3-star puzzle for me. Maybe I just got lucky and saw the logic quickly. But it flowed beautifully from start to finish.
