Digits cannot repeat along the diagonal.
Cells separated by black dot must be in a 1 to 2 ratio.
Cells seperated by a white dot must be consecutive.
Not all dots are necessarily given.

Really interesting puzzle! Found some unusual logic mid-solve that I wasn't expecting. Curious to know if that was intended.

It's a really nice puzzle. I would make the solution code a bit harder (1 row, 1 column, for example) because I filled row 7 somewhere in the middle of the puzzle.
But as a puzzle, it was really nice.
