Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Killer cages: digits must sum to the total in the top-left corner.
- Thermometers: digits must increase from the bulb.
- Renban (purple): line must be a set of non-repeating consecutive digits.
- German Whisper (green): digits must have a difference of at least 5.
- Maximum: the grey square must be larger than its four orthogonal neighbours.
- Odd circle: The solitary grey circle contains an odd digit.
