4-Way Multi-Arrow

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Every arrow is a 4-way multi-arrow. 4-way multi-arrow consists of 4 normal arrows in the same direction as the multi-arrow. The first cell of a normal arrow (the circle) is containing the sum of the digits on the arrow. For example, if we were to have a 4-way multi-arrow spanning the entire first row from left to right (in an empty sudoku grid), a valid way of filling it out would be [7 9 5 4 1 3 8 2 6], where 9, 5, 4 and 8 represent normal arrow circles of length 3.
