Thermo variant #46: All Thermos are Given 2

I've made a few thermo variants. All are standard thermo sudokus + an extra rule. This is an overdue sequel to All Thermos are Given (puzzle #5). I enjoyed the interactions so much, I needed to make another! Check out the others using the following link:
Thermo Variant Series puzzles
Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end.
Variant: The non-thermo cells in the grid are not allowed to form a 4-cell (or larger) thermometer on their own.

This puzzle impressively maintains an almost consistent level of difficulty and interest from beginning to end. The "all thermos" rule is a lot of fun. Another great thermo variant!
