Tic-Tac-Woe

Normal sudoku rules apply.
German Whispers: Consecutive digits along a green line must differ by at least five. A final "X" or "O" German Whisper line (which matches the given designs) that will win the Tic Tac Toe match for that side must be found and placed by the solver.
Killer: Digits in a cage sum to the small number in the top left corner of the cage.
Lösungscode: Column 4, followed by row 1, 18 digits.

Yes, I often don't agree with 2 stars being called easy. I think this is 2 stars, and I consider 1 star easy! For me 3 stars is quite a challenge!
