Shrinking arrows

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle/pill. Two digit sums are read left to right or top to bottom.
Little Killer: The clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat on the diagonal if allowed by other rules.
