Ma'at's Judgement - The Weighing of the Heart (Chaos Construction)

The Rules:
- Each row, column and region must contain one complete set of the digits 1-9, with no repeats. Regions are orthogonally connected, and must be determined by the solver.
- The digit in a cell behind an arrow indicates the number of region borders in the grid in the direction of the arrow. If there is more than one arrow the number of borders is the same in each direction, not the total for all directions. The outer edge of the grid does not count as a border.
- A digit in a square indicates the number of cells in the line of sight of the digit that are in the same region as the digit, including itself - the digit cannot see through borders.

Great puzzle! Came to this one after solving your last one, 'Maat's transcript', which helped in terms of familiarizing myself with the ruleset. This one also explored a couple extra pieces of logic within that ruleset, which I appreciated. All in all a rewarding puzzle.
