Normal sudoku rules, yin yang rules, and 10 line rules apply.
Yin-yang: Color every cell in the grid in one of two colors such that the cells of each color are orthogonlly connected and no 2x2 is entirely one color.
Ten line: The ring in the grid must be entirely divided into non-overlapping groups of cells along the ring that sum to 10. Digits may repeat within a group. [Note: These groups must be contiguous along the line, but need not be orthogonally connected.]
Additionally, each of the groups along the ten line that sum to 10 must all be one color, and two adjacent groups cannot be the same color.

Good one, thanks. I think I may have missed something as it seemed more difficult than I remember when I did it about a year ago when featured on CTC. I did solve it logically though, just got stuck at one point for ages.
