Diagonal Ratios

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cells separated by a small white dot are consecutive.
The cells on diagonally opposite sides of a large circle have a 1:X ratio with each other, where X = the value inside of the large circle. Example: If R2C3 contained a 3 then cells R1C2 and R3C4 must have a 1:3 ratio with other. The same would apply to cells R1C4 and R3C2.
