I felt really apprehensive about posting this because it's not my best quality puzzle, but I thought it was alright enough that I think some people would like it. I was inspired to make a puzzle based off of the ruleset of The Two Towers by leroyy. Good luck, there are some pretty finicky steps in here.

Normal sudoku rules apply, the nine 9-cell regions must be deduced by the solver
White dots lie on a border between two regions and separate digits that have a difference of 1 (No negative constraint)
Digits directly in front of arrows index the farthest continuous cell still in the region in the direction of the arrow. The indexed cell acts like a cave clue which counts the total number of cells in its region in any orthogonal direction. (Examples below)
