All given lines are entropic: every set of three adjacent digits must contain one low (123), one medium (456), and one high (789) digit.
Digits along lightning bolts add up to the sum at their tip, if given.
An inequality sign points toward the smaller value of two cells.

@CruzBrun: You can take a look at the Help page, they give you the most basic html knowledge needed to format your puzzle page better, and they also include how to import your image properly. You don't need to convert your image to a google site for it.
