Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This puzzle was inspired by randomra’s innovative “All Arrows” puzzle series. It uses the same ruleset with the addition of an extra arrowtip rule. Try if you can hit all 81 targets with a single (visible) arrow!

Rules:

Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column and outlined region without repeats.
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circled cell.
It must be possible to draw an arrow (a path of orthogonally or diagonally connected cells) FROM every cell and TO every cell. In other words, every cell must be both a potential circled cell of an arrow and a potential arrowtip.
