Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. The digit on the right side of a red circle indicates the position of the digit in the red circle in the next row.
Example:
R2C6=9 and R2C7=2, then R3C2=9SudokuPad (with solution check)

Absolutely brilliant puzzle!
Apart from SVS264 I made only one other puzzle of this type (for wSC2019) and that was also a long time ago. Hence: it took me again a while to get focused on the rules and the implications. In the third try it went all smooth.

Excellent puzzle which I enjoyed testing. Some neat logic - the offset/indexing constraint is well used throughout.
