Puzzle to celebrate zetamath's upcoming 100th stream
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
XV: Cells separated by an X sum to 10. Not all Xs are necessarily given.
Double Arrow: The sum of the digits along a line is equal to the sum of the digits in the circles at either end of the line. Digits may repeat freely along a double arrow.
Sum 100: All cells with double arrow sum to 100.
