Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in cages add up to the little clue in the top left. Barring 5, every digit in the grid is at least 5 apart from its 180 degree (rotationally) symmetrical counterpart. (ie R8C6 is the symmetrical partner of R2C4)

Seems much harder than the 2-star rating suggests. The possibility of 5 being able to be almost everywhere means the 5 difference clue is almost useless in most cases. Don't know if I missed some conclusion.

Weird how this works, ...takes a bit to grasp the resulting implication that the rules forces into the related cells, but once you get it, it's a lightbulb moment.
