Skyscraper, Arrow, and Killer

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the number shown in the upper left corner of the cage. The digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the arrow's circle. Numbers in the grid represent the heights of skyscrapers, and clues outside the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers visible in that row or column, looking in that direction.
