- Irregular Sudoku: Each row, column and region contains the digits 1-9.
- Non-consecutive: Orthogonally adjacent cells may not contain consecutive digits.
- Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the corresponding circle. Digits can repeat on the arrow if allowed be the other rules.

The arrow pointing at R3C4 was added to make the solve more pleasant. It is not essential. So if you want to challenge yourself ignore that arrow.
