Whispering Canine
Rules:
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply. The numbers 1-9 appears exactly once in every column, row and 3x3 box.
2. Dutch Whispers Lines. Adjacent digits on the orange lines must differ by at least 4.
3. Regional Sum Lines. All Whispers Lines are also Region Sum Lines. On each line that passes through multiple regions, digits have the same total in each region it passes through. If a line visits a region multiple times, each section must sum to the total.
