Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

I got the idea for this puzzle from looking at FullDeck-Missing's puzzle Restricted Skylines. Even though it's not directly related to any of their ideas, something in that grid whispered "numbered rooms + skyscrapers" to me, so here we are. Happy solving!

Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Skyscrapers: Digits in the grid represent the height of a buildings in their cells. Taller buildings obstruct the view of shorter buildings. Clues outside the grid show how many buildings are visible in the corresponding direction.

Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit in the first cell of that row/column.

Each clue is both a Skyscrapers and a Numbered Rooms clue.
