Rules:

- Normal Sudoku Rules apply.

- Equal sum line rules apply: The blue lines are equal sum lines. The sum of the digits on a line within a particular region must be the same for all of the regions the line passes through. The sum applies to each individual visit a line makes to a region. Different lines may have different sums.

- The lines also pass through the clues outside the grid. The clue outside the grid also follow the equal sum line rule. That means the clues outside the grid are also equal to the sum of the digits on the line in each region it passes on their respective lines.

- Clues outside the grid are also normal X-Sum clues. They represent the sum of the X digits where X is the first digit along the direction of that clue.
