Escape the Vortex Redux

This is a rework of my original Escape the Vortex puzzle (published elsewhere).
Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. Put the digits 1 to 9 once each in each row, column and box.
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Digits may repeat on arrows.
