I played around with some small loops of domino constraints which lead me to a working puzzle.

❷ Kropki Pairs: white dots contain consecutive digits, black dots contain digits with a 1:2 ratio. No negative constraints, so not all dots are given
❸ Ⅹ: Cells separated by a X sum up to 10, not all Ⅹs are given
