Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Digit in the circle tells you how many steps in the direction of the arrow you have to go (from the tip of the arrow) to find the sum of the digits on the arrow. Moreover, this sum doesn't appear in any other cell in the direction of the arrow.
-Arrows connected to the same circle always have the same sum.
Example:
Digits on the arrow sum to 7 and the circle contains digit 4. Therefore 7 will be exactly 4 steps in the direction of the arrow (the red cell). No other cell in the direction of the arrow (the yellow cells) can now contain the digit 7.

Thank you! For me, the break-in wasn't that hard to find, but after that it took me some time to ask the right questions.
Regarding "suspicious numbers": I saw the digit that had to fit into r4c6 coming for a looong time ... ;-)

Certainly an interesting puzzle to solve after Coordinate Arrows! Something just seemed so fitting about it, but at the same time, it tripped me up more than one time because I kept mixing up not two, but three rules (cause reg. arrow too of course), but after I managed to keep everything in check, it went surprisingly well. How you can keep coming with these amazing one-time idea puzzles is just mindblowing!

Ridiculous puzzle full of never-before-seen logic. Every step is completely fair and completely beautiful, but oh boy it was hard for me to ask the right questions! Finally answering them was a real joy. Now it’s time to re-sculpt my melted brain…

Took me quite a while to find the break-in, then things went more smoothly - but only because in many instances I had a strong suspicion what the correct sum or distance would be and only had to disprove the alternatives (a method championed by Simon that I'd like to call "profiling", in which the solver tries to slip into the criminally clever mindset of the puzzle creator, in order to anticipate certain configurations of the grid).

Excellent puzzle, I quite appreciated its construction and enjoyed its smooth and fair logical path.

yeah, I considered it as part of the series, but it just wouldn't fit into it (I see it as puzzles with an unusual use of the standard constraints)
