I am trying to popularize the concept of line based XV sudoku. In this puzzle I have combined it with Arrow Sudoku. You may as well like to check the previous two.

===Rules for this puzzle:===

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

XV-lines: Along the blue lines neighboring digits sum either to 5 or 10. For example, -14641919- or -555- are valid arrangements of the digits if allowed by other sudoku rules.

Arrow: Digits on an arrow sum the digit on the attached circle. Digits May repeat on an arrow, if allowed by other sudoku rules.
