Projectile Perturbation
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Arrows: The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules.
- Global Entropy: Every 2x2 of cells in the grid must contain a low (1-3), medium (4-6), and high (7-9) digit.

Very happy to see another setter using my idea :)
The puzzle is great! Apart from some of my own it's the hardest Entropy puzzle I have seen so far.
This made it a very nice and enjoyable challenge.

Fun as they are, a difficulty with entropy puzzles is that often you don't spot the obvious in the optical maze created by the colours!! And every deduction when it does come, makes one feel rather sheepish:). Enjoyed solving. Thanks for sharing, @ DadJokes :)
