Normal sudoku rules apply.
The clues outside the grid show the sum of the first X cells in that column or row with X being the first clue in one of the neighbouring rows or columns.
For example, the clue in column 4, being 45, requires that the first digit in either column 3 or column 5 must be a 9.
For clues in columns, the neighbour MUST be another column, and the same applies for rows (ie. corner clues must come from the same side).
Cells can be the X clue for more than one neighbour.
