King's Ladder

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits that are a king's move apart cannot be identical. Digits along a diagonal must sum to the indicated total. The clue outside the grid without an arrow is a skyscraper clue, indicating how many digits can be "seen" in the row from that direction if larger digits obscure smaller digits.
