Rules:
1. 4x4 Sudoku rules apply. The numbers 1-4 appears exactly once in every column, row and 2x2 box.
2. Little Killer Sums: Digits on the indicated diagonals sum the number outside the grid. Numbers can repeat on the diagonals if allowed by other rules.
3. Kropki Dot: Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
