Look in the mirror

I finally managed to construct this puzzle, spent hours staring at the grid before figuring out how i want it to be cracked.
It looks so empty and i want it to be special. Hopefully it is worth 4 stars on difficulty.

► RULES:

1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.

2. Normal Even Odd rules.

3. Anti-King and Anti-Knight constraints.

4. The center cell r5c5 is a Mirror...
any Cell on the grid and it's reflection around the Mirror must Either sum to the number in the mirror Or equal it.

5. Consider the first X cells and the last Y cells of a row or column ... where X is the number in the first cell and Y is the number in the last cell.
A Clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits where these groups overlap, or the sum of the digits in the gap between the groups if they don't overlap.
