Thermo variant #41: Thermo Factor Decomposition

I've made a few thermo variants. All are standard thermo sudokus + an extra rule. Check out the others using the following link:
Thermo Variant Series puzzles
Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end.
Variant: The digit in the tip of a thermo must be a multiple of every digit on its thermometer. For example, 124 is a valid thermometer but 134 is not since 4 is not a multiple of 3.
