Rules
Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
Green Lines = German Whisper
Blue Lines = Region Sum Line
Yellow Lines = Both Region Sum and German Whisper
Digits on Green Whisper lines must differ by at least 5 from the next digit on the line.
Digits on Blue Region Sum Lines have the same sum for each region they pass through.
Digits on Yellow Line satisfy the properties of both German Whisper and Region Sum Lines.

Nice and fun puzzle, I like how the restriction keeps getting tighter :)

Edited Ruleset to replace Ampersand and Explained each constraint in a little more detail.
