Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Prime Sweeper: Squares count the number of primes, including themselves, in the surrounding 3x3 neighborhood.All possible squares are given.
- Region Sum Lines: the sum of all the digits in the cells for each pass through a region must be the same for any given line. Different lines may have different sums.
- prime digits are 2,3,5,7

Fantastic puzzle! Great use of the negative constraint, which was sometimes hard to spot. That's why I gave the puzzle a 5 stars difficulty rating.
