Normal Sudoku rules apply. -Cells separated by a black dot must contain digits which are of a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are given -Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of their cage. Digit may repeat in cages. -Digits along a red line must sum to a number divisible by 6 OR 9. -Digits along the blue line form a 3-digit number which is divisible by 69, read either top-down or bottom-up.

Blue and red line rules are still swapped in the ctc app, if i‘m not mistaken.
