Normal Sudoku rules apply. Cells joined by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given. Neighboring cells on a Dutch Whisper line must differ by at least 4. Renban lines contain a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits in any order. Each colored line is both a Dutch Whisper and a Renban line at the same time.

Great puzzle! Dutch Whisper lines are so interesting - on their own they give very little, but with a little push from other constraints they become quite restricting. This is a very good showcase of that.
