Normal sudoku rules apply. Each box can be treated as a tic-tac-toe game between even digits and odd digits, which must resolve to a draw. Additionally, the center cells from each box form an extra tic-tac-toe game which must also be a draw with no repeated digits. White circles indicate the difference between the adjacent digits. The black circle indicates a 2:1 ratio between the adjacent digits.

Great puzzle. I didn't notice the disjoint set constraint at first, but when I did, the logic flowed nicely.

Great puzzle! I totally missed the disjoint-set constraint on the middle digits at first (probably would have saved a lot of head-scratching if I had read the rules more carefully!), but still tons of fun.
